Using the latest technologies in design and materials Citigroup produce a low cost, carbon neutral and sustainable modular home.  The modular homes are constructed and completed in factories ensuring precision, cleanliness and continuity of production. Site works are carried out simultaneously to the factory production reducing time to practical completion. Site works are significantly reduced due to the pre-production of the units. The completed units arrive via road and are simply craned onto site .
